Project Description
We completed this single storey rear extension in Oldbrook, Milton Keynes under permitted development — meaning no planning permission was required, saving the customer time and money.
Our company produced the architectural plans and structural engineering drawings, registered the project with Building Control, and carried out the complete build including:
- Foundation and structural work
- Brickwork, roofing and weatherproofing
- Supply and installation of water-based underfloor heating
- Full integration with the existing property
