Project Description
We completed a loft conversion in Whitehouse, Milton Keynes for one of our valued customers.
The project was a challenging one since we had no direct access for a crane as well as limited scaffolding options. Despite these constraints, the loft space of this terraced house was successfully converted into a lovely bedroom with en-suite.
Key aspects of this loft conversion included:
- Structural reinforcement of the existing roof
- New staircase access to the loft
- En-suite bathroom design and installation
- Velux windows for natural light
- Full insulation and electrics
The customer was left pleased and happy with the work. A loft conversion is a fantastic way to add valuable living space to your Milton Keynes home without the need for a ground floor extension.
