Building Control
We register your project with Building Control and handle all inspections throughout the build. Your extension will be fully compliant and signed off on completion.
Agreed Start Date
Once the deposit is received and all approvals are in place, we confirm your start date. We'll give you a clear programme of works so you know exactly what to expect and when.

8-12 week build with full Building Control compliance
The Build
Our experienced team — many of whom have been with us since 2006 — get to work. We keep the site tidy, respect your home, and keep you updated throughout. Most extensions take 8-12 weeks.
Snagging & Quality Check
Before handover, we conduct a thorough snagging inspection. We walk through the finished extension with you to make sure every detail meets your expectations.
Handover
You receive your Building Control completion certificate, all relevant documentation, and our 12-month parts and labour warranty. Your new extension is ready to enjoy.
