Project Description
We built this impressive 40 square metre ground floor rear extension in Old Farm Park, Milton Keynes, starting in mid-January 2020.
As part of the project, the existing ground floor was completely redesigned to include:
- Spacious new open-plan kitchen and diner
- New ground floor bathroom
- Garden landscaping works
- Full integration with the existing property
We were expected to complete the project in April 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the project was put on hold and was completed around the end of October 2020. Despite the delays, the quality of the finished home extension was not compromised, and the customer was delighted with the results. This project in Milton Keynes is a great example of how a rear extension can completely transform a family home.
