Project Description
We completed a garage conversion and a single storey rear extension in Emerson Valley, Milton Keynes in March 2024.
The customer contacted us with thoughts of extending the living space at the property. Our architect designed the plans and helped to acquire planning permission for the work. Our structural engineer designed all the structural elements and registered the work with Building Control.
The work was completed on time and within the agreed budget and the customer left us a really nice review on our Google Business Profile. The customers recorded a video but unfortunately the sound did not record properly.
