Project Description

This loft conversion in Fishermead, Milton Keynes is a great example of our exceptional finish and super high standards of work. The project was particularly challenging because we had to lower the ceiling of the top floor in the property to comply with building regulations — something that required careful structural planning before any work could begin.

The existing floors and roof structure were reinforced and fully insulated to meet current thermal and structural standards. We installed four Velux roof windows as part of the conversion, positioned to allow plenty of natural daylight into the new living space. All electrical and plumbing work was carried out to support the new room, including lighting, power sockets and heating.

The interior was finished to a high standard with plastered walls, quality flooring and neatly fitted skirting and architraves. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure the converted loft feels like a natural extension of the home rather than an afterthought.

This loft conversion in Milton Keynes was completed on schedule. The customer was very pleased with the results — please browse the gallery images above to see the quality of the finished space.
