Project Description
This cloakroom renovation in Furzton, Milton Keynes presented one major challenge — located in the middle of the house, we needed to find a way to provide mechanical extraction to the outside. Our experienced team engineered an effective solution, ensuring proper ventilation for this internal room.
The project scope included:
- Engineered mechanical ventilation extraction to the exterior
- Complete renovation of the cloakroom with modern fixtures
- Rebuilding of the under-stairs cupboard with new lighting and shelving
- New tiling, sanitaryware and finishes throughout
- Plumbing and electrical updates
